Support for Families
At Buckingham Park we understand children learn best when families feel settled and supported. We work hard to help support parents and carers and to enable them to access support when it is needed. If you are concerned about your child, or feel your family could benefit from support, please contact Kelly Douglas (SENDco), or Miss Loom (school counsellor), or Ms Astle (Deputy Head)
School Nurse: All schools have regular visits from the school Nurse. She can help advise you on your child's weight and growth, sleeping and toileting, vaccinations, as well as other physical and mental health problems. If your child has a medical condition or illness she will work with both the family and the school to make sure your child can attend safely and the medical needs are met.
